Rarely is it required to substitute items that are pictured or described on our website due to differences in supply across Canada.
The scale of the arrangement should determine the type of substitution acceptable, but the substitution must be of equal or greater value and must maintain the style and color harmony of the original order.
These substitutions may include: Vases or the colour of a certain flowers and Roses.
